National Camp 2022 Registration is as simple as a google form away!
On the form we will need:
1. Church contact info
2. How many middle school boys & girls?
3. How many high school boys & girls?
4. How many sponsors?
5. How many of each shirt size?
We will follow up with an amount to bring to pay at camp as well as a medical form for each student to fill out and bring to camp.
